WHISKEY BAY — All lanes are open after a vehicle fire on Interstate 10 westbound near Whiskey Bay shutdown traffic Monday.

As of 6:25 p.m., all lanes are open on the Atchafalaya Basin following the crash, State Police said. Traffic was being diverted to La. 415 in Port Allen.

Acadian Ambulance said there were no injuries reported in the crash.

LOTTIE — U.S. 190 westbound in Lottie was blocked Wednesday after a driver ran into the back of a Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development truck, the Pointe Coupee Parish Sheriff's Office said. 

The crash has since been cleared and traffic is flowing again with minor congestion, LaDOTD said.

Following the crash, both westbound lanes in Lottie just past Livonia were shut down. According to the sheriff, the crash caused only minor injuries.

ETHEL — Traffic in both directions on La. 19 near the corner of La. 955 in Ethel was blocked Tuesday after an 18-wheeler carrying lumber overturned and spilled its contents all over the road, the East Feliciana Sheriff's Office said.

BATON ROUGE — Traffic has reopened on I-110 north at Government Street after being brought down to one lane due to a wreck on Thursday.

Emergency vehicles—including fire and police—responded to the scene of the wreck.

Congestion was approaching South Acadian Thruway.
