BATON ROUGE — The East Baton Rouge Parish Department of Human Development and Services office on Plank Road is closed Tuesday as crews make repairs following a plumbing issue that flooded the building.

The DHDS building at 4523 Plank Road will reopen on Wednesday at its regular business hours, city-parish officials said.

The office runs several programs designed to help families and individuals reach their highest level of economic security and stability, as well as improve their quality of life. These programs can be found here.
