ZACHARY — For the next several weeks, the bridge over Drainage Bayou along Brian Road will be closed. 

Starting Tuesday, East Baton Rouge City-Parish Department of Transportation and Drainage Traffic Engineering Division crews will repair the bridge, which is along Brian Road near where the roadway becomes Thompson Road.

The closure and repairs will last through Oct. 1.
