Baton Rouge man indicted, 37 pounds of cocaine found during traffic stop

BATON ROUGE - An alleged drug dealer who had more than 35 pounds of cocaine in his vehicle when he was pulled over in August was indicted Thursday.
Worlington West, of Baton Rouge, was arrested Aug. 18 after he was stopped for a traffic violation. Law enforcement said they found a handgun and 37 pounds of cocaine in his car.
A federal grand jury indicted the 42-year-old on charges of possession with the intent to distribute cocaine and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
