BATON ROUGE - One man was killed, and three were injured in a shooting along North Foster Drive early Sunday morning, Baton Rouge Police said. 

According to BRPD, the shooting happened along North Foster near Madison Avenue shortly before 3 a.m. 

Police said two people in a crowd and two men in a car at a nearby intersection were shot. Jonathan Nicholas, 39, was taken to a hospital where he died. BRPD said the other victims are expected to survive. 

Police said they have not identified any suspects and that the investigation is ongoing.
