BATON ROUGE — Emeril’s Chop House, by Celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse, officially open its doors at L’Auberge Baton Rouge on Thursday.

“Our newest restaurant is bringing a whole new steakhouse experience to Baton Rouge, with premium steaks, fresh seafood, craft cocktails and the signature flavors you'd expect from Emeril,” L’Auberge leaders previously wrote on social media.

Lagasse attended the ribbon cutting in Baton Rouge on Thursday and was joined by area leaders, including Mayor-President Sid Edwards.
