WALKER — Livingston Parish deputies responded to a call along Wincrest Drive on Sunday night, where they discovered a buck in a resident's closet.

Deputies found shattered glass, blood and forced entry through the front door upon their arrival.

The buck reportedly made its way into the resident's home, causing havoc before barricading itself in a closet, according to the sheriff's office.

A biologist with the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries was dispatched to help calm and remove the deer before relocation.
