HAMMOND — Police in Hammond are asking for the public's help in finding a missing woman who has not been seen in over a month.

Jelisha Omotoyo was last seen July 17 at 220 Morris Road, Apt. 2. She is described as a Black woman with a medium to dark complexion and a slender facial structure.

Omotoyo has dark brown eyes, a narrow nose, medium-size lips and dark hair. She has thin to medium eyebrows and a small mark or piercing near the lower left side of her neck.
