BATON ROUGE — Louisiana State Police has issued a Silver Alert for a 64-year-old man last seen near Florida Boulevard in Baton Rouge.

Chester Baggett was last seen at 14740 Florida Blvd. at approximately 10 p.m. on Aug. 4.

Baggett is a white male with blue eyes and gray, partially bald hair. He stands 5'6" and weighs approximately 150 pounds.

His family reported that he has a medical condition that may cause him to become disoriented. He is believed to be on foot.

Baggett was last seen wearing a T-shirt, shorts and long socks.
