PRAIRIEVILLE — Hundreds of people packed Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church to view an ancient relic containing the blood of Pope Saint John Paul II.

The pope died after a battle with Parkinson's disease in 2005. The relic is one of four in existence.

Another viewing is scheduled at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church starting tomorrow at 9 a.m.
