PATTERSON — St. Mary Parish deputies arrested a Patterson man accused of dealing drugs.

Deputies served a search warrant on a home along Mike Drive on Wednesday.

At the home, they found and seized a pistol, $2,600 in cash, drug paraphernalia, 1.78 pounds of marijuana, hydrocodone pills, 300 grams of oxycodone pills and 32.25 lbs. of synthetic marijuana.

Deputies arrested 61-year-old Jerry Charles on possession with intent to distribute Schedule I and II drugs, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia and transactions involving drug offenses
