BATON ROUGE — A house caught fire early Friday morning along Alice Street in Baton Rouge.

The fire first broke out around 4:20 a.m., a Baton Rouge Fire Department spokesperson told WBRZ. Crews arrived to find flames coming from the back of the home. 

It is believed no one was home when the blaze started, and no one was injured, the spokesperson added. 

Investigators are still working to determine what caused the fire to break out.
