BATON ROUGE — A Baton Rouge man is wanted for allegedly creating artificially generated sexually explicit images of a coworker.
On Sept. 8, a woman reported that 55-year-old Bennet Gauthreaux allegedly created artificially generated nude and sexually explicit images of both him and the woman, according to arrest records.
While commuting to work together, Gauthreaux allegedly displayed multiple artificially generated images depicting the woman naked as well as an artificially generated video depicting the two engaging in simulated sexual intercourse, the woman told police.
The woman said that she never consented to the creation or use of her likeness in these images and video. The woman captured the alleged imagery on her cell phone before later showing it to law enforcement.
During the investigation, the woman also provided text messages where Gauthreaux allegedly made statements demonstrating knowledge, possession, and control of generated images depicting the victim.
