COVINGTON — A delivery driver was arrested on Monday for allegedly sending a sexually explicit photo to a customer after dropping off a grocery order, according to the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office. 

Deputies arrested 32-year-old James Chenoweth of Frankilton, who allegedly sent an unsolicited sexually explicit photograph through text to a St. Tammany woman after delivering her grocery order on Friday night. 

The woman contacted the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office after receiving the photograph from Chenoweth, who works for a third-party delivery company.

On Saturday, deputies located and arrested Chenoweth, who had attempted to delete the photo from his phone, on charges of obstruction of justice, obscenity, and improper telephone communication.
