BATON ROUGE — New lane closures will take place later this week in Baton Rouge as part of the Interstate 10 Widening Project, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announced on Wednesday. 

I-110 Southbound from S. 10th Street to the Terrace Avenue off-ramp will be closed Friday through Oct. 12 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

DOTD urges drivers to allow extra travel time and to be cautious while driving through construction zones.
