'If you ain't ready, stay home': LSU players hand out Raising Cane's on campus ahead of Alabama game
BATON ROUGE — LSU students received a special surprise on campus Thursday afternoon when a trio of Tigers handed out chicken fingers ahead of Saturday's matchup against Alabama.
LSU players Caden Durham, Deuce Geralds and Harlem Berry worked a shift at the original Raising Cane's on Highland Road before making their way onto campus with free food for their peers.
The players said the campus giveaway was an opportunity to give back to the community and thank students for their unwavering support throughout the football season.
With rivalry week in full swing, the Tigers made it clear they are locked in for Saturday's showdown against the Crimson Tide.
"You know, it's Alabama versus LSU. You know, it's the biggest game, the biggest rivalry," running back Caden Durham said. "You know, if you ain't ready, you might as well stay at home with your mama."
