BOGALUSA — A Silver Alert has been issued for an 83-year-old woman who was last seen Friday night in Bogalusa. 

Phyllis Sampere was last seen at 1 Country Club Lane and is believed to be driving a silver 2019 Cadillac with Louisiana license plate H318628, according to Louisiana State Police.

Sampere is a white female with green eyes and short red-and-blonde hair. She is 5'2" and weighs approximately 105 pounds. Her family reports she may have a medical condition that could impair her judgment.
