PLAQUEMINE — A boil advisory in Plaquemine was lifted after the Louisiana Department of Health gave the city the all-clear.

The City of Plaquemine initially issued the advisory for the area from South Barrow Street to St. Louis Road after a main water line broke.

Residents in the affected areas may now resume normal use of their water.
