BRPD: One person killed in shooting on Ellerslie Drive
BATON ROUGE — The Baton Rouge Police Department is investigating a deadly shooting on Ellerslie Drive that took place Friday morning.
Police say Vernita Jones, 60, was found dead from a gunshot wound at 5:54 a.m.
